With sweet and refreshing aromas, junmai gingo category from the Chiyomusubi brewery, this sake can be enjoyed as an aperitif to whet your appetite, as a starter with oysters for example, during the meal preferably with fish but there is also fans of sake with meat, cheese or at the time of the dessert since the transformation of the rice starch will be able to agree with fruits or a chocolate dessert for example.
This sake with an alcohol content of 16% is best enjoyed cold between 8° and 12°
