Preparation: For 1 serving of Crème Enchantée®. Mix 150 g of mixture, 100 ml of milk and 100 ml of water for 3 minutes at high speed. Add FunCakes flavoring according to your preference. The cream can be used immediately. The cream produced can be stored in the refrigerator for several days, stir before reusing. If you prefer, the mixture can be prepared with only milk (200ml) or only water (200ml) to make it creamier or less creamy. One portion of Enchanted Cream® is enough to fill 2 layers and cover 1 Ø25 cm cake, or to swirl approx. 24-30 cupcakes.
