You can add FunCakes CMC - tylose Powder to your fondants to harden them. Besides, you can also use CMC-tylose Powder to make edible glue.
Preparation: To harden fondant, use approximately 3 g (1 teaspoon) of CMC powder per 250 g of fondant. To make edible glue, mix 1 unit of CMC powder with 30 units of water. Let the mixture sit overnight before use.
