This preparation is ideal for making delicious cupcakes and is also suitable for making a delicious cake.
Preparation: Preheat the oven to 180°C (convection oven 160°C). All ingredients should be at room temperature. For 20-24 cupcakes: 500 g mix, 250 g butter (cream) and 5 eggs (250 g). Blend for 4 minutes on low speed until smooth. Place the paper cups in a muffin pan and fill the paper cups halfway using a spoon. Bake the cupcakes for approx. 18-20 minutes in the oven.
Do you prefer making mini cupcakes? With 500 grams of Cupcake Mix you can prepare approx. 40 to 48 mini cupcakes. Put them in the oven for approx. 12-15 minutes.
Or do you prefer a cake (25 cm)? Bake the cake at 150-160°C (convection oven) for approx. 60-70 minutes.
Tip: add a pinch of salt and/or a FunCakes flavor of your choice, lemon or orange for example.
