Delicious preparation for very crunchy biscuits. This recipe, which has been improved in terms of texture, now allows you to easily make cookies with perfect shapes. This preparation is of multiple uses: you can stuff cookies, for example, with marzipan or you can also make a delicious apple pie with this preparation.
Preparation: All ingredients should be at room temperature. Prepare a dough with 500 g of mix, 150 g of (cream) butter and 1 egg (50 g). Leave to thicken for 1 hour in the refrigerator. Preheat the oven to 180°C (convection oven 160°C). Roll out the dough on a floured surface (3 mm layer) and make the biscuits. Brown the biscuits for 12 minutes in the middle of the oven. Then let them cool and decorate them as you like. From approx. 25 biscuits of 7-10 cm, depending on thickness and shape.
Tip: Fancy a delicious apple pie? All you have to do is cover the bottom and sides of a mold with a layer of this dough and garnish it with a mixture of apples, sugar and cinnamon. Bake the tart at 170°C (fan-assisted oven 150°C) for approx. 50-60 minutes.
