Preparation: All ingredients should be at room temperature. For one portion: mix 125 g of mix and 125 ml of water with a whisk, and let the mixture thicken for at least one hour at room temperature. Beat 150 g unsalted butter (cream) for approx. 5 minutes. Add the mixture in batches to the butter, always blending until the mixture is fully incorporated before adding the next portion. Then blend everything further until you get a smooth cream (approx. 10 minutes). One portion of buttercream is enough to fill and cover a 20 cm tart or to garnish approx. 12 rosette cupcakes.
