Chacharoni ( Jjajangmyeon in Korean) is a famous dish and very popular with Koreans for its noodles and black soy sauce ( Jjajang in Korean), mixed with vegetables (onions, peas, carrots).

Ingredients:
Noodles (74.1%): wheat flour, modified tapioca starch, palm oil, gluten, salt, soybean oil, sugar solution, sweetener (E420), emulsifiers (E322, E452, E450), regulators of acidity (E501, E500, E339, E330), Thickener (E412), green tea seasoning oil. Liquid soup (23.6%): seasoning (Chinese soybean paste, hydrolyzed vegetable protein [soya, corn, wheat], artificial beef flavor), water, sugar, maltodextrin, color (E150a), spice (onion powder ), flavor enhancers (E621 E631, E627), fructose, salt, calcium carbonate. Flakes (2.3%): Pulses (onion, cabbage, freeze green peas), textured vegetable protein.

Preparation :
Boil 500ml of water, add noodles, vegetables, boil for 5 minutes. Drain the cooking water and add the sauce. Mix well and add cucumber and 1/2 hard-boiled egg if desired.
