Collection: Tteokbokki

Topokki or Tteokbokki is a traditional Korean rice cake recipe. They are prepared in different ways, either spiced, a little more spicy or with soy sauce.

How to prepare?

• Put the "Tteok" (rice cake) and the seasoning in the pot
• Add a little water to keep the sauce thick
• Mix and cover
• Microwave for 2 minutes

It's ready, mix a little before tasting.
