Do-it-yourself liqueur mix - Génépi
Preparation: Fill the decanter with fruit alcohol or brandy of your choice (about 60cl). Leave to macerate for 2 weeks, stirring regularly to melt the sugar. Taste as is.
Ingredients: cane sugar, genepi 4.7%.
