FunCakes flavors can be added to the dough and therefore go well with baking. Ideal for flavoring your cookie dough or cupcakes for example. Add the recommended dosage to your preparation. Add additional food flavoring if the cooking temperature is high (above 200°C); this can indeed reduce the strength of the taste of the aroma. These flavorings can also be added to the chocolate ganache.
Ingredients: sugar, strawberry (27%), glucose syrup, acidity corrector: E330, aroma, thickener: E440a, colour: E120, E100.
May contain traces of: egg , milk and nuts .
Recommended dosage: 30g for 500g of preparation.
