This cream from FunCakes is lighter than buttercream. Thanks to the quick and easy preparation, this cream is ideal for decorating cakes and cupcakes. But besides that, this cream can also be used as a candy filling.
Preparation: For one portion Enchanted Cream. Mix 150 g of mixture with 100 ml of milk and 100 ml of water for 3 minutes at high speed. Add a FunCakes flavor as desired. The cream is used as a filling or to decorate and can be used directly. The cream made can be stored in the refrigerator for several days, mix a little before reuse. You can also just add milk (200 ml) or water (200 ml). One serving of Enchanted Cream is enough to fill 2 layers and coat a cake of approx. Ø25 cm, or to decorate 24-30 cupcakes.
