The Yopokk i-Jajang is the Topokki (or tteokbokki ) "instant" version. This is the JAJANG version (black bean sauce "black bean sauce"). To prepare these YOPOKKI - JAJANG, it is enough;
- put the "Tteok" (rice cake) and the seasoning in the pot
- add hot water up to the marked limit in the pot
- mix well and cover
- microwave for 2 minutes
It's ready, mix a little before tasting.
