FunCakes flavors can be added to the dough and therefore contain perfectly when baking.
Ideal for flavoring your cookie dough or cupcakes for example. Add to your preparation the recommended dosage, indicated on the packaging. Add additional food flavoring if the cooking temperature is high (above 200°C); this can indeed reduce the strength of the taste of the aroma. These flavorings can also be added to the chocolate ganache.
Ingredients: sugar syrup, raspberries (38%), glucose syrup, acidifier (E330), emulsifier (E440i), flavourings, coloring (E120).
Recommended dosage: 35g for 500g of preparation.
